Dameko C. Dean
Executive Chairman
Dameko Dean was born in Blue Hills, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. He initially started his Pre-K at Oseta Jolly Primary School and later transferred and completed his primary education at Richmond Hill Preparatory School.
He then proceeded to Clement Howell High School and subsequently applied to Florida Metropolitan University to study Hospitality Management for his tertiary education. After graduating with a B. Sc, he moved home in 2005.
In 2005, he held senior management positions for Ocean Club Resort and Grace Bay Club Resort. In 2008 he formed his construction company and began building homes for clients.
Dameko holds numerous certifications. He is also a private pilot.
He has served on many Governmental boards in the Turks and Caicos, from 2006-2015.
Mark A. Schafer
Partner/Developer
Mark Schafer grew up in the Up State New York area.
At a young age, he began helping and building additions under the tutelage of his father (Howard Schafer, Jr., a second-generation builder); and learning woodworking and animal husbandry on his maternal grandfather’s farm.
He worked part time for other local builders in his late teens. While in University, he started building homes on speculation. His extensive, diverse experience, make him the multi-skilled, hands-on builder he is known for today. With a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical and Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, he brings forth a lot of the main ingredients needed to make this project succeed.
